A Message From Our Sister

Ijeoma Iloh

My name is Ijeoma Iloh. I am fighting for my life. I never thought I'd have to ask strangers to help save it.

In November 2023, I was diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer — HER2 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma. Since then, every day has been a battle. A battle against pain. Against fear. To hold on to hope.

I have gone through round after round of chemotherapy, trusting God with every treatment. Some days I'm strong enough to smile. Some nights the pain is so much that all I can do is cry and pray for morning.

Cancer has taken so much from me. It has not taken my faith.

Doctors have recommended 16 more cycles of targeted therapy — each one costing between ₦2.5 million and ₦3.5 million. My husband and I have sold what we could and given everything we have. We cannot do this alone anymore.

So today, as hard as it is, I am asking you for help.

Not because I've lost faith — but because I believe God answers prayers through the hands of His people.

Whatever you can give is not just money to me. It's another treatment. Another sunrise. Another day with the people I love. Another sign that I am not alone.

If you cannot give, please pray for me. Every prayer holds me up.

Thank you for reading my story. Thank you for choosing compassion.

May the Lord bless you and multiply every seed you sow, for the life you're helping to save.

With heartfelt gratitude,
Ijeoma
