2. The Event
The Zoe Experience: Praise That Heals, Love That Gives is scheduled as follows (subject to change):
- Date: Saturday, September 5th, 2026
- 3:00 PM — Free Medical Screening
- 5:00 PM — Concert
- Venue: Events Center, Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Maitama, Abuja
We reserve the right to modify the event schedule, venue, programme, or speakers for operational, safety, or unforeseen reasons. Material changes will be communicated via this website or our official contact channels where practicable.
3. Use of This Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Donations support the stated charitable purpose of this campaign, including cancer treatment and care for beneficiaries (such as Ijeoma Iloh), cancer awareness activities, and costs related to organizing the event and free medical screening. While we are committed to transparency, we cannot guarantee that any individual donation will be applied to a specific patient or expense line item.

Donations are generally non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for full details on when refunds may be considered.
4.5 Tax treatment
We do not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. Donors are responsible for understanding the tax implications of their contributions under applicable Nigerian or international law.
5. Free Medical Screening
Free medical screening at the event is provided by volunteer doctors and healthcare professionals and may include cancer risk assessments, clinical breast examinations, breast self-examination training, blood pressure and blood sugar checks, BMI assessment, lifestyle counselling, and referrals where necessary.
Important: Screening services are for awareness and educational purposes. They do not replace a full medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment by your personal physician. Results or observations during screening are not a substitute for professional medical advice. In a medical emergency, contact emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately.
Participation in screening is voluntary. By attending, you accept that volunteer services are provided in good faith and that Zoe Soundz and its partners are not liable for outcomes arising from screening beyond what is required by applicable law.
6. Event Attendance
Attendance at the concert and screening is subject to venue capacity, security requirements, and applicable health and safety guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees who behave disruptively, unlawfully, or in a manner that endangers others.
You are responsible for your personal belongings. Photography and recording may be restricted in certain areas; please follow on-site instructions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, logos, images, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to Zoe Soundz unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except for personal sharing of links to this website.
"Zoe Soundz," "The Zoe Experience," and "Praise That Heals, Love That Gives" are used in connection with this campaign. Unauthorized use of our branding is prohibited.

Our total liability for any claim relating to this website or campaign shall not exceed the amount you donated to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred Nigerian Naira (₦100), whichever is greater, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zoe Soundz and its organizers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the website, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
